As soon as I stepped off the train in Paris, she was there for me, just like we arranged. Lucy gave me a tour of Paris and allowed me to rest before my day of surgery, on which she was there at every step. She was kind, non-judgemental, and truly cared about my surgery, almost more than I did. When I woke up and struggled to see, she was holding my hand, and I don't know if I could have handled recovery for my first ever surgery if she wasn't at my side.
I didn't realise just how much I needed her until I needed help drying my face with a hairdryer after showering, i didn't account for how bandages would hinder my sight and breathing and underestimated the difficulty of following my post-op guidance. While I was the one following my doctor's guidance Lucy was the catalyst to my surgery's success because I didn't need to worry about regular things like food and because of the emotional support I sorely needed. I couldn't be happier with our friendship.

When the sunlight strikes raindrops in the air, they act as a prism and form a rainbow. The rainbow is a division of white light into many beautiful colors. These take the shape of a long round arch, with its path high above, and its two ends apparently beyond the horizon. There is, according to legend, a boiling pot of gold at one end.
